The day before my birthday I gave credit to one of my helpful daughters. Not to be outdone, my older daughter, who is now a fully-qualified chiropractor, visited today.

Looking back at photos of the girls helping in the garden brings back fond memories. This one is particularly special as it shows the loving bond of father and daughter.

I very much appreciated her adjustment of my sub-luxated C1. For the uninitiated, she fixed my neck. The subluxation could be the cause of recent unexplained headaches.

It’s lovely to have helpful daughters.
